Almost identical to shoot 5, except the model has been brought even further forward, therefore making the distance to the background further. I did this to darken the background more as I want the majority of this shoot to be a classy look in black and white.
Shoot number 5 was the furthest removed from the previous ones I have done so far. The model I selected, Stacey, is a plus size model and singer who has previously modelled lingerie for a catalogue. There wasn’t any need to crop this image at all, the proportion of background/model and clothing was well composed. The levels, curves, saturation and hue were tweaked slightly as I normally do to just enhance the image slightly more. My favourite image of the shoot. The warm tone of the background compliments the black lingerie and the tone of the models skin. The pose is well considered and is elegant. The contrast is defined well with the use of the reflector and the angle of the face compliments the lighting set up well.
